We follow the traditional Shotokan karate ways of training. We are part of ESKA - English Shotokan Karate Association.

The N.A.S.K. is an academy who promote traditional Japanese Shotokan karate and currently have clubs running across Beds and Bucks.

Shotokan Karate Club - Kanazawa Ryu,but not afraid to incorporate other Karate Ryu. Non-political, open to all. Affiliated to IASK (Sensei N. Adamou).

At UKTI , we teach 9 different styles combined into one based around Master H John VII Degree unique style of Martial Arts using the center point.
