General information

With more than 15 years experience in the AEC industry, XS CAD is a leading provider of high quality and cost-effective pre-construction planning services to retailers, homebuilders, architects, engineers and general contractors, through our international team.

We use the latest technology to create immersive VR models that provide 360-degree environments to experience design solutions and rendered 3D models.

Our customers are based in the US, UK, Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand and in most cases we have worked with the same set of customers for almost a decade as an integral part of their design team and part of their overall design workflow.

We use Autodesk technology such as Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks as well as Graphisoft ArchiCAD technology for drafting, modelling and clash detection. We also use a range of rendering tools and software including, 3DS Max and VRay to produce realistic renders.

To enable multi-team, multi-location co-sharing of project data we use work-sharing and file sharing tools such as Autodesk 360 and Collaboration for Revit.

As a member of NASSCOM, FIEO and the Autodesk Developer Network, we retain our competitive advantage because of our rigorous approach to quality. At our ISO 9001:2015 certified production centre and Autodesk Certified Training Centre, we maintain strong policies for client IP protection, legal compliance, HR and data security.

In addition, XS CAD has been awarded by CRISIL an S&P Global Company with rating ‘CRISIL MSE 1’ which indicates the highest credit worthiness in relation to other MSE’s.
