We founded Capability Jane Recruitment in 2007 to fill a gap in the market for a specialist recruitment business that focuses on sourcing talented executives on a part-time or flexible basis. Our origins stem from tapping into a pool of talented women and men who leave the corporate world in search of roles that offer more flexibility, and from working with innovative growing businesses and teams looking for exceptional talent but not on a full-time basis.

When we launched in January 2007 our mission was to:

• Build the market place for organisations to access exceptional executive talent seeking part-time / flexible working opportunities.

• Help organisations access, attract and recruit more women into their businesses and implement flexible working practices.

• Build a community and support network for professionals to maintain or return to a fulfilling career.

We continue on this mission to create the marketplace for high quality, senior part time roles within business, enabling talented individuals who want to work flexibly to remain in their careers. With a proprietary network of over 20,000 candidates Capability Jane delivers recruitment and talent pooling services to clients that deliver diverse, highly experienced, high- calibre candidates. No other recruitment company has the equivalent depth and breadth of market coverage for this new and emerging sector.
