PWR established in 2003 Specialising in the service and repair of Tag Heuer, Zenith, Fortis, Oris and many other premium brands from its Bristol based workshop providing a high quality Premier Watch Repair service that is second to none.

In 2013 Premier Watch Repairs was appointed the Official UK service centre for Revue Thommen, Steel Craft and Schwarz Ettiene.

Our highly trained team maintain their high standard completing new courses at the British horological institute in Nottingham and specialization seminars at ETA in Switzerland. Fully supported by our bracelet and case refurbishment specialist, dial restorer as well as manufacturer approved watch part material suppliers.

Due to the continued growth and to strengthen the team at PWR we are now also providing apprenticeship training supported by BHI training program leading to BHI qualification with further opportunities for specialist training.

At PWR, all repairs are undertaken on the premises using original manufacturer parts using all the latest technology, giving you the confidence your watch will be well cared for.

PWR will answer any of your technical questions or maintenance queries regarding the condition and service requirements of your watch in our care. PWR aim to deliver customer service excellence, minimising the time you spend apart from your watch, whilst ensuring it continues to perform to the high manufacturers standards.
