Who we are:

Capita Customer Management is part of Capita plc. We partner with and manage customers for some of the UK's leading brands including O2, British Gas, National Trust, Volkswagen Group, British Gas, RSPCA and William Hill to help them deliver services to their customers.

With over 14,500 employees and nineteen centres in the UK and offshore centres in India, South Africa and Poland, Capita is one of the largest companies of its kind.

What we do:

We provide first-class customer services for organisations and companies by phone, email, web and more. Our contact centres are home to thousands of customer service advisors, sales colleagues, collections agents and back office processing staff.

Most of our locations are busy, thriving contact centres where there is always something going on, with lots to get involved with. There is a real sense of family in all of our teams, across all of our sites.

What we give back:

There are always fundraising events going on including our annual charity week and every year an army of colleagues take to the phones for free to take donations for events like Children In Need and Red Nose Day.
