Easingwold Library Company Information
General information
Easingwold Community Library is run by volunteers who want to keep the library open and at the heart of the community. Due to budget cuts, from April 1st, 2017 North Yorkshire County Council will be handing the running of the library over to the volunteers. More than 150 people came forward to express an interest in volunteering at the library or offering their skills in other areas. This show of strength from the local community to safeguard the future of the much loved market town library is phenomenal.
