Express Your Curve was set up by Callie Carling, ARTbundance Creativity Coach and Laughter Yoga Teacher, to share all the fun, empowering and truly transformational tools she has accumulated in her toolbox over the years.

Don’t you feel that finding the time (and strength) to be truly ‘us’ can often feel just too much? That the quieter, less-stressful path of shaping ourselves to fit whoever we are with is an easier option? And yet by shaping ourselves in this way, we (and the world!) are missing out on sooooo much: everyone benefits when you show up and express your best self, shining brightly with your joy-fuelled playful vital essence, each and every day!
