Before you start posting, though, take a look at our house rules.
These guidelines are in place to make sure you feel right at home in our community. Here's the serious bit…
We take offensive behaviour very seriously. We'll delete any threatening or abusive posts – this means anything discriminatory, obscene, fraudulent or offensive.
Don't swear or use inappropriate language – this includes slang or swearwords with asterisks/symbols replacing letters. If you do, your message will be removed.
Comments that threaten any person, employee or the organisation will be taken down.
We reserve the right to remove comments that are false, or make any fake claims against Thomson or its competitors.
Strictly no spam – this includes deliberately disrupting the wall with repeat posts.
Any promotional links that are not related to, or authorised by, TUI Travel PLC will be removed.
Nudity is a no-no. Photographs or videos that could offend other community members will be taken down.
Posting on someone else's behalf? You'll need to make sure you get their permission – this covers videos and photos, too.
Our wall is a public place, so don't reveal personal information, holiday booking references or travel dates.
If there are any customers that continue to abuse our rules, then we reserve the right to restrict their access to the page.

First Choice Hoff in a song competition– Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering the competition. By entering you indicate that you accept these terms and conditions and you agree to be bound by them.
1. Promoter’s Details: First Choice is a trading name of TUI UK Limited (the “Promoter”), a member of the TUI Group., Registered office: TUI Travel House, Crawley Business Quarter, Fleming Way, Crawley, West Sussex, RH10 9QL. Registered in England No: 2830117.
2. Eligibility: This competition is open to anyone resident in the UK or the Channel Islands, who is eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees and immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners) of the Promoter or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter this competition.
3. How to Enter: There are different ways to enter the competition across our social channels.
Internet access required to participate.
No entries from agents or third parties or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete or corrupted entries will not be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
No purchase is necessary.
Competitions open from 00:01 GMT on Wednesday 6th July 2016.
FACEBOOK
To enter you will need to visit the First Choice Facebook page and write a post with a pun using the name ‘Hoff’ in a song title. You must use the #Hoffinasong hashtag.
“Liking” of the First Choice Facebook page and/or tagging of a friend or partner does not count as an entry into the competition.
Only one (1) entry allowed per person. Tagged friends and/or partners will not be entered but may still enter independently. Any person found to be using multiple accounts to enter will be considered ineligible to win.
TWITTER
To enter you will need to visit the First Choice Twitter page and tweet @ the First Choice Twitter handle a pun using the name ‘Hoff’ in a song title. You must use the #Hoffinasong hashtag.
“Following” of the First Choice Twitter page and/or tagging of a friend or partner does not count as entry into the competition.

4. Use of Data: All details provided by you will be held by the Promoter and used in accordance with these terms and conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at http://www.thomson.co.uk/editorial/legal/privacy-policy.html. By entering this competition you consent to the Promoter contacting you for advertising and marketing purposes.

5. Dates: The competition commences at 00:01GMT on Wednesday 6th July 2016 and closes at 23:59 GMT the same day. All entries must be received by 23:59 GMT on Wednesday 6th July 2016 to be entered into the competition.
6. Receipt of Entries: The Promoter cannot be held responsible for network, computer or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received and/or any lost entries.
7. Prizes: There are five (5) holiday gift cards pre-loaded to the value of £100 each to be won for use towards a Thomson or First Choice holiday. Booking terms and conditions apply to the holiday; see relevant brochure or www.thomson.co.uk or www.firstchoice.co.uk for details. The gift card can also be used as full or part payment for travel products at participating Thomson/First Choice travel shops/superstores, excluding all travel money related products currency, insurance, traveller’s cheques and prepaid cards. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or to purchase another gift card. The card will expire after 24 months of non-usage from the date of issue and any unused remaining balance will be lost. The maximum account balance allowed at any one time is £5,000.00. The card must be treated as cash, the balance cannot be refunded if lost, stolen or destroyed. Balances can be obtained by phone, in-store or via the web. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for travellers’ cheques or foreign currency. The prizes are not transferable and no alternatives will be offered. 8. Selection of winners: The winners will be the five (5) entries judged to be the best of all eligible entries received.
Notification: The five (5) winners will each be notified by a private message sent to with instructions on how to claim their prize. The winners must make contact as instructed in the private message by 17:00 GMT on Friday 15th July 2016. If a winner cannot be contacted or is unable to accept their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to choose another winner from eligible entries received.
9. Winners details: Details of the winners, name and country of residence, will be obtainable after the 16th August 2016 by writing to Holly Kousoulari, Digital Campaign Manager, Wigmore House, Wigmore Lane, Luton, Beds, LU2 9TN. The winners may be required to participate in post-competition publicity.
10. General: The Promoter reserves the right to amend the competition in exceptional circumstances. All entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants for any breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Twitter. Facebook and Twitter accept no liability for this competition.
