Here at The Insomnia Clinic we aim to provide people with the skills to manage their own sleep concerns. Through a scientifically proven and NHS recommended treatment individuals report increased sleep times, increased sleep onset and reduced anxiety around sleep.
We offer face to face and skype sessions for individuals and also group workshops on both insomnia and stress management.
