Due to open in January 4th, 2016, S20 Physique is a gym for people who are serious about getting fantastic results, with highly qualified personal trainers, using first class equipment and delivering a professional first class service.

With YOUR hard work, consistency and dedication OUR support and encouragement through personalised, group or team training YOU will achieve your goals!

Our passionate team of personal trainers and physique coaches will develop and structure your own Personal Training Plan.

After a few short weeks, your plan will be reviewed, revised and re-implemented to keep you on track. You will have access to an online support group and have your very own member area that you can track and review your progress. This is designed to help you keep on track, realise your potential and maintain your results.
