The ‘Cube’ is designed for students and their comfort. Live in Comfort, study in an environment that will lend it self to easy living. The Cube is built within close proximity of Loughborough University and affords a leisurely commute to the university. Students can walk or travel by bus (bus stop sited outside of residence) to the university which is situated ¼ of a mile from the Cube.

The Cube is a highly specked Building providing ‘AAA STAR’ accommodation for 105 residents, designed with studio rooms with en-suite and 4&5 bedroom clustered accommodation with shared facilities, The Cube will provide ‘High Tec’ living with rooms fully fitted out to a very high standard, fully networked. Internet and TV are offered as standard facilities for all residents. There is a laundry room and common lounges sited on each floor to facilitate socialising amongst students, secured entry card system as standard to the building, with each student having an individual coded card for entry into their room only. CCTV covering not only the Cube but also outside the building and the roadside. There will also be the provision of free pedal bikes for students wishing to travel by this method to the university.
