Hello and welcome. We are Burn It Fitness, Scotland’s leading outdoor fitness specialists. We are like no other fitness provider. We offer fun, sustainable fitness experiences for any walk of life in a friendly and positive environment and welcome you to any of our sessions!

Our mission - We aim to change your life through positive and productive fitness experiences using the right expertise in fitness, motivation and enthusiasm by pushing each individual to their own limit.

Our vision - We aim to educate and motivate all of our customers as best we can and create a community led environment where likeminded people can achieve similar goals in a fun and friendly manner.

We believe that fitness should be fun and our highly motivated instructors will ensure your sessions are not only that, but also make sure you are achieving the very best optimum results! Our outdoor sessions are completely different to your average workout and by working on a variable terrain you will burn much more calories than you would in the gym.

MONDAY 7:00PM LIVINGSTON Howden Park – Opposite the Veterinary Surgery, in the overflow car-park to the Civic Centre.

TUESDAY 7:00PM BATHGATE Bathgate Academy – We meet at the main entrance to the main car park.

WEDNESDAY 7:00PM LINLITHGOW Linlithgow Loch – Our meeting point is the St Ninians way car park, right off the high street next to the swing park.

THURSDAY 7:00PM LIVINGSTON Howden Park – Opposite the Veterinary Surgery, in the overflow car-park to the Civic Centre.

FRIDAY 6:30PM LINLITHGOW Linlithgow Loch – Our meeting point is the St Ninians way car park, right off the high street next to the swing park.

SATURDAY 10:00AM BEECRAIGS Balvormie Car Park – Next to the Swing Park.
