We are a professional cleaning company providing a reliable cleaning service for hotels, retail outlets, domestic homes and other businesses throughout london and the rest of the UK.

After 20 years of working in the hotel industry we have seen many changes but non more than within the cleaning/housekeeping department, with more and more hotels contracting out housekeeping the standard now being offered has slipped to a well below level of standard. I took what some might deem a drastic measure in quitting as a hotel General Manager and setting up my own cleaning company. So you might ask “what’s different about me” well I strongly believe in paying the staff well and giving them not only lots of training (on the job), but also auditing the rooms personally to ensure that they meet both the hotel and Elite Cleaning Services requirements.

We will perform regular audits within all of our hotels to ensure that the standard not only meets yours as the hotel but ours within Elite cleaning services standards and believe me our standards will not be beaten. We will also hold regular meetings with the hotel management to ensure that the standard we deliver is to the highest possible level at all times.
