‘Connecting Business’ was formed in 2013 to help clients achieve Optimum Business Performance through the use of technologies and processes, centred around a core ‘Central intelligence System’… or as the industry calls it… CRM.

Using the knowledge and experiences from my Sales, Sales Operations and Salesforce Consulting career, I felt I could offer clients a fresh, clear and honest method of tackling both day-to-day selling and operational challenges as well as supporting their longer term strategies and connecting all areas of their business to help increase revenue and achieve greater profitability.

All too often I come across CRM failures because the client has been steamrollered into a solution by a larger consulting firm or contractors that just want to get in and out and on to the next project. Our clients often comment that they do not feel pressured into making decisions and that all our communication and information is in a language they can understand.

The very foundation of my beliefs are reflected in the way my business operates. Get to know our client business as if it were our own, understand their aspirations, how they interact internally and externally, how they sell, support and deliver their products and services and then provide them with the information needed to make decisions, doing so in a way that makes them feel supported rather than told.

And it’s not just in technologies where we excel! We have expertise in selling strategies, financial infrastructure and data migration that our clients draw upon.

You’ll find me on the fairways of a golf course in my spare time or walking my dog to blow away the cobwebs, sometimes both at the same time!

In short, I enjoy doing good business, in a good manner, with good people…and why not have a little fun along the way!
