Melanoma UK is a unique charity. Unique because it is run by a team of people who have all been affected by melanoma. The fact that we have all been affected by the disease enables us to put ourselves in the shoes of a patient, a carer or a family member.
Melanoma is a brutal disease and one which does not have a cure. However, great scientific strides are being made and patients now have more treatment options than they have ever had before.
