Feel Free Nutrition wants to build a bridge between whole foods and the current sports supplement market. Currently working with market's that haven't been introduced to the other, we are introducing our range as one that combines the best of the bodybuilding supplements and the most nutritious whole foods to develop new and innovative products that can benefit any individual, and come convenience friendly.

Many people are not aware of the range of whole foods available, and a few simple diet alterations and with little modifications can help reach your goals faster - whether it be weight loss, lean muscle gain or general well being!

Our most unique and proudest creation so far are our porridge provides the highest concentration of protein of any porridge on the market. Our blend of oats and organic wholefoods leaves you feeling full for longer, with no added sugar. Fulfil the hunger!

Adam Read founded Feel Free Nutrition in 2011. As a qualified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, Adam knew the importance of helping his clients improve their diet and overall lifestyle both in the gym and in their work when meal preparation and time restrictions lead his clients astray reaching for a fast food fix. This became the start of the Protein and Fitness pots idea - combining wholefoods with nuts, seeds and sports supplements to compliment a healthy lifestyle while fulfilling the hunger.

Adams nutritional accomplishments include Mike Dancer, an Epileptic who defied medical odds by coming off his medication and opting instead for Adam's strict Ketogenic Diet and training regime;

'The frequency of seizures I encountered dropped dramatically after a mater of weeks - and the seizures that I did encounter were nothing like as severe as those I'd encountered, either while taking anti-epilepsy drugs or when taking no drugs at all...I had gone from being considered a write-off - medically - and recommended for brain surgery to appearing on-stage in a national competition in body building. What an astonishing journey.
