Whether you are using technology for business or pleasure I will help you get the most out of your product.

I offer a number of services, including:

Home Lessons*

I will visit your home and teach you everything you need to know about your product right from the basics. I have a number of set courses I can offer depending on your requirement. Please call for more details. you will also get free access to my monthly newsletter with tips, advice and information on the latest products. I will also give you a discounted rate on one of my clubs/workshops.

Computer Setup

I will setup you new computer, whether it be Windows or Apple. I will help you create your accounts, setup your e-mail and install apps as well as configuring it for the latest updates. This setup will take place in your home* and I will give you two hours of my time to set the computer up. As well as this I also give you a free visit to one of my afternoon/evening workshops. (This doesn’t include any data transfer from your old machine, however I can cater for this for an extra fee, please read my data transfer information).

Support

I visit your home and help with any hardware, software, accessory, e-mail or account issue and answer any other questions you may have. I will also give you free access to my monthly newsletter with tips, advice and information on the latest products. I will also give you a discounted rate on our tuition fees.

I also offer on-going support whenever you need it! I can even provide you with a support contract for complete piece of mind whether for home or business.
