Born from my own experience of yo-yo dieting and constant weight battles, Be Your Own Healthy was created to help educate people in making sensible, sustainable choices with their food.
After having my baby, I started to read about nutrition, experiment with food and then decided to take it further.
I gained an advanced diploma in Diet, Nutrition and Weight Loss Management.
I work with people to re-balance their body both physically and subsequently mentally.
I’m passionate about spreading the word on healthy eating fitting in with a busy lifestyle.
