Compliance Health and Safety are health and safety consultants that specialise in supporting small to medium size businesses who cannot afford to employ a full time health and safety manager.

Most small firms do not comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act of 1974 (HSAWA74). The majority are aware of this and want to comply but they have concerns that once they attempt safety improvements they could be opening a can of worms and this could lead to bigger issues.

What they want is some help without affecting the running of the core business.

Compliance Health and Safety is different to other health and safety consultants and advisory companies. We are not a 'jack of all trades and master of none'. All of our advisers are listed on the Occupational Safety and Health Consultants Register (OSHCR), from a specialised background we have experience of being on both sides of the fence. They didn’t just invent themselves as Health and Safety Advisers they are experienced in their own rights in one single sector. We will not allow an Adviser to enter into areas outside of their sector, as the majority of consultancy companies do. We try understand your business and start by helping you manage the introduction of safety. Initially we start at a basic common sense level of compliance with the HSAW74. Then when you understand the process we continuously improve your health and safety culture to an agreed level.

We make a point of representing the owner or director who employs us and are employed to assist you with any issues regarding Health and Safety Executive (HSE), the Environmental Health Officer (EHO), Fire Officers, Solicitors, Employees, Insurance Companies, Winning Contracts etc. We also assist in gaining accreditations such as CHAS, Safecontracor, Constructionline, SMAS etc.
