Defence Lab is a global network of Martial Arts and Fitness facilities. Our founder Andy Norman is a martial arts/self defence legend and trainer to Hollywood stars such as Tom Cruise, Liam Neeson and Christian Bale.
The system of Defence Lab has been featured in films such as Batman, Jack Reacher and Mission Impossible.
We offer classes of Defence Lab Kidz for ages 7 and up, and Defence in Attack (DNA) Fight Science for 14+ years.
Our venues are The Priory Witham Academy on a Tuesday night and The Priory City Academy on a Thursday night.
