Can I still claim if I am in arrears?

Yes you can but please be aware that if the lender decides to use the PPI payout to clear your arrears, you may still owe us a fee for the work we have done even if you don't actually receive any physical funds.

How far back can I claim?

We can normally only deal with PPI taken out in the last six years. If your PPI was taken out before this time then it may still be working getting in touch as we may be able to help.

Can I still get a refund if I have claimed on the PPI?

Yes. Even if you have used to the policy to meet your repayments.

I no longer have my policy, can I still claim?

Yes. Even expired or settled policies qualify.

Can I reclaim myself?

Yes you can all lenders have their own complaints procedure that they must follow, they will provide you with details upon request. Also the Financial Ombudsman Service explains all about PPI reclaim on their site at http://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk/contact/PPI.html

You do not have to use a Claims Management Company to complain.

How will it cost me?

Can I still get some cover for when if I am off work sick?

PPI is a useful product but only if it is tailored to your needs and not overprices. If you like the comfort of an insurance policy offers then we will be able to point you in the right direction.

Will claiming affect my credit rating?

No. There is no way your claim will have a negative effect on your credit file.

What if the policy is in joint names?

That’s not a problem as long as both parties sign the relevant forms.
