George Bird Removals have been moving families from home to home, the length and breadth of the country for 50 years now. This is why our experience and attention to details allows us to offer a quality and comprehensive service, whether your move is local, national or international.

Our fully trained staff are experts in handling techniques, we are able to offer a full packing service for all of your belongings, including those special items such as antiques and family heirlooms. Or should you prefer to take charge yourself, we can supply you with a whole range of packing materials that will help you pack your belongings safely and easily.

George Bird also offer “containerised storage”, which simply means that we bring a container ready loaded onto a lorry; your effects are loaded straight into crates at your home. And then after preparing a fully itemised inventory, the crates are loaded into the container and then driven to a climate-controlled warehouse where they are stored. When you are ready you can then request delivery anywhere in the world.
