Most of you will know that PhysioWorld started out as a small Physiotherapy company from humble premises in Birmingham, providing Physiotherapy to private patients, Medical legal patients who had suffered a motor accident along with the weekend warriors!

Over the last few years we have been pursuing a more ambitious strategy, focussing on the delivery of community-based healthcare services to many different healthcare consumer groups and diversifying well beyond the patient groups where we began our journey.

Key to our successful expansion into the wider healthcare market has been the direct employment of clinicians. With more than 350 physiotherapists, cognitive therapists and registered nurses on our payroll, we are now one of the largest clinical employers in the UK.

Operating from more than 300 of our own clinical locations across the country we are the UK’s first truly national community healthcare provider.

As well as maintaining our traditional high quality rehabilitation services to the personal injury sector we now provide innovative clinical and diagnostic solutions to the NHS, other public sector and government agencies, private medical insurers, elite and amateur athletes, private patients and large corporates including Rolls Royce, Pallet Line and Amazon.

We deliver more than 50,000 clinical treatments every month and the quality of all of these services is maintained through our ISO9001 accreditation.

Our evolution into an ever-widening mix of both clinical disciplines and healthcare customers means that our old company name of ‘PhysioWorld’ no longer properly reflects the breadth of our services or the range of people we can help.

We have therefore taken the exciting decision to rebrand as The Integrated Care Clinics due to our amalgamation with a number of organisations, namely TICCS (The Injury Care Clinics) who are a well-known leader in rehabilitation services.
