A few guidelines

Facebook is a great way for you to share with us and for us to share with you. However, as it is an open channel where everyone can join in, we have a set of page guidelines for people using this page to follow.

We don’t allow:

• …posts that are misleading, unlawful, deceptive or fraudulent
• …posts that are abusive or insulting
• …posts that are defamatory or slanderous
• …posts that contain offensive language
• …posts that are intended to provoke or offend BT Business employees
• …posts that are otherwise inappropriate for the page
• …posts that include confidential customer information

We want to hear everyone’s views and keep conversations free of unrelated links and comments; therefore we won’t allow the repeated posting of the same or similar messages (‘spam’), and links promoting other sites and pages.

If anything does appear that contravenes these guidelines we may delete the relevant posts, or block the people posting.

Talking to us
We have a team monitoring the page between 9.30am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, so if you do have a comment or query we’ll get back to you within those times. If there is something you’d like to talk to us about and would rather it not be in the open please send us a message via the Inbox (click ‘Message’ at the top of this page).

Keeping yourself safe
Don’t include your personal details when posting (such as your name, telephone number, email address etc.). We can provide you with our contact details if you’d like to talk to someone.
