When we were choosing a name for our self catering Babbacombe holiday house we found ourselves saying time and time again that the beautiful Babbacombe clifftop, cliff railway, Oddicombe and Babbacombe beach and downs, the restaurants, cafes, pubs and wine bars are just around the corner! Babbacombe theatre, model village, tea rooms (delicious Devon cream teas) are situated just around the corner!
There are lots of places to visit around and about – a stroll away is St Marychurch, next village to Babbacombe, a pretty little town with a pedestrianised shopping precinct. There is a good butchers, a fresh fish shop selling a wide variety of freshly caught fish from Brixham and some delightful little shops and cafes.
