HATHA YOGA CLASSES
a bit about the classes... I've trained in Hatha Yoga at Jyoti Yoga School, accredited by Yoga Alliance International.
Hatha yoga is an authentic and gentle form of yoga. We focus on strength, flexibility and breath, connecting mind and body, which also involves some meditation. The classes will be small, the room fits just 8 people, so great for beginners as I can tailor the class more to who is there. I have all the equipment, you might just need a blanket or warm layer of clothing for the relaxation/meditation. Your first class is FREE! Then classes can be booked in 6 week blocks for £30. Drop in price is £6. As spaces are limited, please let me know in advance, so I can ensure there is a space for you
I've practiced Yoga for 20 years and found it hugely beneficial, it is a precious time for you to focus on yourself, give you a sense of balance and peace and find some space.
I also offer One to One sessions in the comfort of your own home. Get in touch and we will find the right class for you.
