of the body is reflected in the feet and thereby by massaging the feet the
body can be cleared of energy blockages. It improves health by reducing stress
and tension.

* Reiki means 'Universal Life Energy' and is a system of natural healing by easing
a busy mind and tense body to allow the body's immune system to be balanced
thereby aiding healing on physical and spiritual levels.

* Foot Reading can be used as a party trick or a useful aid in healing as the feet
tell us of emotional issues that could be denied and need to be dealt with. The
arches, line of the toes and even the chosen colour nail varnish give information
about how you're feeling!

* Bach Flower Remedies are gentle and subtle in healing negative emotions.
They have to be tried to be believed. They are used and trusted throughout
the world.

* Every client gets an Angel Card reading / message after each treatment.

* Angel Card Readings: £10 for (at least) a 20 minute reading. Parties are
