Reflexology is a type of foot massage using a specific technique. By using the reflex points on the feet which correspond to different parts of the body, a therapist can aid circulation, improve sleep, reduce stress, reduce pain, and help many health complaints. (A reflexologist cannot claim to cure or diagnose). It is also deeply relaxing and offers some 'me time' and a feeling of inner calm.

With regards to health complaints, as this is a holistic therapy, I will always offer any further health and lifestyle advice and show clients hand reflexology techniques which they can work themselves to bridge the gap between treatments. I also research any health conditions to further my knowledge and expertise to my clients, striving to give the best service I possibly can.
