A multifunctional sustainable space at the head of the community of St Georges and surrounding areas, to be used for the purpose of Social, Health & Educational needs.To provide opportunities by creating employment through training and working in partnerships.

To restore and bring back to life the Victorian Historical Building in Gower Street, St.Georges for community purpose, actively engaging and consulting with the community about the potential of the building for the future.

To enable members off the community of Telford & Wrekin to be actively involved in any decision making affecting their local heritage, culture, leisure, education, services, sporting and social/community enterprise.

To increase training, volunteering, employment and social enterprise opportunities for local people.

Increase historical knowledge of the building through research, liaison with the public and historical heritage organisations, sharing with the public a full and accurate account of the history and all reports related to the building including planning consultation.

To build partnerships with local, regional and national statutory, voluntary and private sector individuals, departments, associations and other organisations to develop, implement and sustain aims and outcomes.
