His passion for both Osteopathy and Sports Massage evolved from his keen interest in health and his participation in a variety of competitive sport and former work as a tennis coach. This gave him a profound understanding of sports injuries and what helps the healing process.

Robbie’s approach is suitable for all manner of conditions, and can benefit everyone from an athlete overcoming an injury, to an elderly patient seeking to improve their mobility. He strongly believes that all patients are more motivated to help themselves when they understand how their body works, and what it will take to return to full health.

His goal as an osteopath is to co-create with the patient an environment in which their recovery can be optimized, facilitating the body’s self-healing mechanism to return them back to full health.

This is achieved both within the treatment time, through a variety of osteopathic techniques such as mobilization, manipulation and soft tissue work, as well as also addressing a number of lifestyle factors which may be contributing to their problem, including movement patterns, behavioral habits and exercise patterns.
