General information

I am a boutique and bespoke market research consultancy. I can provide detailed and in depth services such as website evaluation, customer satisfaction, staff research, new product development, primary research for commercial tenders, brand health studies, operational and strategic evaluations, advertising evaluation and concept testing, as well as questionnnaire design services, consultancy and training.

I do not have an ‘off-the shelf’ philosophy; each project has a unique and flexible solution. In addition, my projects are not subject to the levels of bureaucracy associated with larger agencies and therefore can frequently be conducted in a shorter time frame, on a more cost effective basis and often have a more innovative approach. All this without a reduction in levels of experience or expertise as I design, co-ordinate and control all projects personally rather than delegate any elements to less experienced staff.
