MSF Fitness is a bespoke Pay As You Go Personal Training and Group Exercise Studio, located in central Telford. Established in 2013, we cater for all abilities from those just starting out on their fitness journey through to elite athlete's.
Group exercise classes include TRX Suspension Training, Circuits, Indoor Bike (using Wattbikes), 30:30 (bike & circuits) and Stretch. All classes £7. PAYG Loyalty Cards available - £6 per class.
Personal Training is exactly that - no need to share equipment with other gym users - fully equipped private studio. Various pricing options are available for PT and classes - further details available on our website www.msffitness.co.uk.
Drop-In Wattbike sessions are available at a time convenient to you. We are also a fully licensed Sufferfest Studio - so you can ride along to a cycling DVD whenever it suits you!
