Biography
Born in the UK. i have been practising yoga for 20 years , formally a gymnast. In the last two years i have begun to incorporate yoga into my every day life and am now a fully qualified 300 hr Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher. My classes are a mix of Vinyasa Flow and Hatha yoga integrating breathing, alignment, and core work with poses and sequences. Each class is designed to energise, revitalise, and make you feel great.. My yoga is designed for REAL PEOPLE with REAL BODIES ..
