A modular system of massage blocks with personalised programs designed to heal, prevent injury or just make you feel great.
Founded by Dr Caroline Keddie a Sports and Remedial Massage therapist whose passion is sport. Dr Caroline Keddie qualified for Boston Marathon in 2010 and completed a full Ironman triathlon in 2009.
WellbriX were inspired by her treatment under Neil Black the British Athletics Performance Director and physiotherapist. Realising that many niggles and pains could be prevented and eliminated with trigger point massage and stretching WellbriX were born.
We believe in compression over rolling. Very fast and effective. Compress - Hold for 50 seconds - Release. New oxygen and nutrients enter the muscle releasing and regenerating.
