Owned, built and designed by animal lover Andrew Robinson in 1993, the cattery is now being run by his daughter Shauna. Beginning with 12 chalets we have since grown to 40. Catering for single cats, doubles sharing and we have family pens that hold up to 5 cats. Situated in a peaceful, out of the way location in Soothill, Batley. Your cats will get to enjoy the serene garden views as well as glimpses of our pet chickens and goats.

We provide a caring and comfortable environment with individual chalets for all visiting cats, making sure they enjoy the holiday just as much as you do. Their health, hygiene and contentment are our number one priority. We do not allow any dogs at the cattery. We are veterinary and local authority approved and we welcome inspection at any time. All cats are secure under lock and key and the property is guarded by an electric gate which is closed outside of opening hours.

Accommodation
Each pen incorporates a snug, heated indoor area for eating and sleeping quarters, leading onto a spacious outdoor area. Unlike a lot of catteries we offer 24 hour access to fresh air for our cats. The boarding of your cat includes food, a basket with provided bedding and a litter tray. Each unit is given a full cleanse daily. Owners are welcome to bring their own blankets and bedding if preferred, provided they have been thoroughly washed before arrival.
Food
We keep most brands of cat food varying from Whiskas, Felix, Kitekat, Butcher’s Classic and leading brands of dry biscuits. Also we always keep a stock of tuna for treats. We understand the importance of maintaining your cat’s regular diet, feel free to bring their own special diets.
Vaccinations
We do not accept any cats that have not been fully vaccinated, your cats should receive a booster injection yearly. Vaccination certificates must be displayed while your pet is staying on our fully licensed premises, we reserve the right to refuse entry of cats to our cattery if proof of vaccination is not provided. We also recommend cats be up to date on their flea treatment prior to arrival. Any cats found with fleas will have to be treated immediately on site and charged a fee of £10.
Medications
We will be happy to oblige with any medication your cats are receiving, tablets or creams can be given at no extra cost.

Our busiest time periods are during the school holidays, to avoid disappointment please book as soon as possible prior to your holiday. All drop offs, collections and viewings are strictly within our opening hours.
We encourage all prospective customers to view our cattery before booking, please contact us beforehand to arrange a viewing appointment where we will be happy to answer any questions.
We also offer a pick up and drop off service for those without transport, charges depend upon location.
We allow customers to pay their fee on their cat’s departure date and we require no deposits and there are no cancellation fees. We do not offer any discounts for early collections, the full term will be charged for.
