Welcoming NEW members to Stone Tennis Club and introducing them to the coaching programme available, this page is made to find out about the club and the coaching service accessible to all.

Letting Current Members know the changes at the club what new ideas are taking place and whats happening in general with upcoming events.

Letting the community know what is available at the Tennis Club such as The School Of Tennis Coaching Programme which consists of 5 Coaches offering Group Sessions for £5 and individual sessions ranging from £10-£20 per hour.

What is available at Stone Tennis Club through the School Of Tennis Coaching programme :

PERFORMANCE COACHING SESSION
Saturdays 5:00-6:30 £5 per person

Aimed at teenage boys/girls who are regular players. Players will be tested against quality players and put through their paces tactically. As well as up to date scientific exploration into the amazing work a profession would do in there training regime. All this in one session.
Focused on five components including nutritional, as well as tests on hydration and flexibility to name 2 areas we work on.

Family Coaching Night
Tuesdays 5:30-6:30 £5 per person £10 for a family

A group coaching session tailor made to suit your needs. Bring your children down to improve your tennis on one court while you are put through your paces on the next! A great session for all the family with courts packed and a number of coaches down to ensure everyone gets what they want out of the session.

KIDS COACHING
Sundays 1:00-2:00 £5 per person

A modern look at coaching children around the four core components of tennis; Technical, Tactical, Physical & Mental in a session packed with fun games and drills designed to develop the basic skills of tennis and encourage independent learning.
