Popty Pizza is a new concept in catering. A fully mobile trailer with a professional commercial kitchen grade wood oven on board. the oven has ability to produce high quality authentic 'stonebake' pizzas very quickly. The high temperature cooks a pizza in under a minute! giving you a lovely thin crisp base with that authentic wood oven flavour. If you've never tasted a pizza cooked in a wood oven you don't know what you're missing! come and give it a try. Popty Pizza trades from various locations in South Wales, and at private functions. We also attend most of the local food markets (Uplands, Mumbles, Morriston) and is also available for hire for:

- Private Parties
- Festivals
- Corporate Days
Popty Pizza is owned and run by Sean O'Sullivan who is a Swansea City Authority approved trader, with full Food Hygiene accreditation, is a member of NCASS (www.ncass.org.uk) and has full public liability insurance for all events.
