General information

HH Sports Therapy is a purpose built clinic situated in Crynant, nr Neath and also at the Oaktree Parc Clinic, in Skewen (Monday onlys). Hannah qualified with a BSc (hons) dregree in Sports Science and then completed a Sports Therapy diploma (L5), Sports Massage Dip (L4), spinal mobilisation & manipulation, ultrasound Therapy, pitchside trauma management, kinesio & strapping and taping, fitness instructing and diplomas in indian head massage, thai foot massage & hot stone therapy. Facilities at the clinic inc an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, hot tub and gym for exercise rehab. Hannah is also a member of the sports massage association (SMA) & Sports Therapy Organisation (STO). Treatments include sports injuries, sports massage, pitchside trauma for events, and rehabilitation and advice for injuries. some common injuries include back pain, sciatica, neck pain, ankle sprains & strains, muscle soreness, muscle & posture imbalances etc. Hannah has worked with both elite and amateur athletes which include international and British lions rugby players, the Samoan international rugby squad, Scottish international rugby squad, wales Womens rugby squad, and currently works with the Ospreys rugby squad, Swansea Rfc & Tonna RFC.
