Anxiety and things like stress, phobias as well as PTSD can be seen as gateways to an inner truth and greater well-being.
My role is to use all my skills to help people find the right gateway for them and to guide them through it.
I help people with such issues as weight management, smoking cessation, anxiety, stress management, depression, PTSD and phobias. I also offer support for sports people who are trying to get to the next level and beyond.
For businesses, I work with staff (at all levels including senior executives) to help develop resilience for improved goal achievement and performance.
Individual sessions are available over Skype or Zoom or at my premises in Barrow in Furness. Company sessions are held at locations chosen with my client.
