Sometimes, when one issue is resolved it gives us access to another more deeply buried emotion, which was hidden away but don't worry! If you are concerned about getting in touch with deep, dark emotions from the past then I’d like to put your mind at rest as the techniques are designed so that you can easily feel the emotion enough to let it go, but no so much that it causes you any further pain or trauma. The techniques used do not not involve reliving past hurtful or traumatic experiences; the focus is on feeling the emotions without getting upset and crying, and once it’s gone, it’s gone!!
