PLJ Properties is a private family run company, offering high standard shared accommodation for students and young professionals. All properties are owned and managed by ourselves, with no agents fees charged!

As landlords, we are registered and licensed by Newcastle City Council and all of our properties are fully HMO licensed and accredited to the highest level, with Newcastle City Council and both Newcastle universities.
Our properties range from 2 bed apartments to 8 bed houses and are all fitted out to the same high standards, with a blend of period features combined with modern fixtures and fittings. All of our houses include Double Glazing, Gas Central Heating and enhanced security features. All properties come with a full range of appliances, Plasma TVs and WiFi. Additional services including weekly cleaning, window cleaners and gardener are all part of the package we offer.

Service levels are an important part of our offering and all maintenance is managed in-house. Tenants have direct access to our maintenance team and rapid response times are our standard to ensure an enjoyable and comfortable residence.

Our properties are usually let well in advance and early enquiries are recommended to avoid disappointment.
