Whether that's outdoors in the beautiful Dorset countryside, in a gym environment or even in your own home. My approach as a personal trainer is to tailor the fitness workouts to suit your lifestyle, no two people have the same lifestyle so you need a personal trainer who can develop a workout to suit you and your situation.
