Bristol Drum Smokers

General information

Drum smokers are highly efficient due to the thick steel and all in one construction, with burn times of up to 20 hours on a full basket of charcoal, so no need to refuel during your long brisket and pork shoulder cooks.

We only use brand new unlined 45 gallon steel drums direct from the factory so you can cook in confidence, knowing nothing harmful has been stored in them before use.

All the parts are made from the highest quality products from BPS based in the USA and made to stand the test of time,and use.

Drum smokers are very easy to use , controlling your temperature using the sliding vents located at the bottom of the drum. Extra hooks have been added inside the drum to you can have the charcoal basket at 2 levels, this allows you to use it as a standard BBQ/Grill. You can also add another cooking grate to the lower shelf and add a water pan or heat deflector if you wish, making it a very versatile cooking machine.

The Drums can be painted in a number of colours and finishes using top quality High temperature paint.
