General information

From a personal experience of anxiety and depression at a young age I became profoundly aware of how our inner thoughts affect our feelings and well being. Through therapy I was given the tools to overcome this. It was at this point of transformation that I decided I wanted to work with others in a therapeutic environment. In 1997 I graduated from Sussex University with a BA in Applied Psychology. In 2003 I gained a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and in 2008 was awarded the Senior Qualification of Hypnotherapy Practice.
If you are looking for someone to help you make a change in your life I am here to listen and support you. I will guide you to find and utilise your own inner strengths and resources which are there, no matter how deeply hidden. Hypnotherapy can generate very powerful changes in a short space of time.
