My name is Lynne Russell. I am a qualified professional homeopath, personal and professional development coach, NLP and hypnotherapy practitioner in Lewes in East Sussex, UK and via Skype.

I work with both men and women and offer a range of approaches supporting people to move forwards when they are facing challenges or changes in their physical or emotional health and well-being, work, relationships or life’s direction.

I have been offering support and information for women during menopause since qualifying in 2002, write blogs and run workshops on taking a more natural approach at menopause.
