General information

U.T.D provides a range of UK based events and expeditions including teambuilding days, treks, cycles and high rise abseils. They have consistently delivered exceptional events to companies and charities with positive results. In 2013, U.T.D partnered with Charity Challenge, the World’s leading fundraising challenge operator best known for organising the Comic Relief celebrity Kilimanjaro climb and who organise over 100 international expeditions each year. Between us, we offer the full range of events, expeditions and challenges that charities, companies and private groups would require to meet their objectives.

U.T.D has worked extensively with large corporate organisations, national charities, professional sports clubs, celebrities and the media in creating unique and exciting projects. U.T.D has run projects for television and national and local radio stations, including Real Radio and Smooth Radio; and provided exceptional content and the means to raise significant funds for charity. Our challenges have helped thousands of people to raise over £1m for worthy causes.

Charity Fundraising:
U.T.D’s extensive range of events and expeditions are excellent low cost charity fundraisers. We offer challenging treks including The National 3 Peaks, National 5 Peaks, Lake District 3000, Welsh 3000, Lakes District 5 Peaks and Yorkshire 3 Peaks, numerous cycles across the UK and High Rise Abseiling. U.T.D also offers a bespoke service where events and expeditions are put together based on ideas presented to them. Anything is possible.

Investing in staff should always be high on the agenda whether it’s creating or improving teams, focusing on personal best or developing individual skills to the benefit of the workplace.

In addition to the UK challenges and expeditions offered by U.T.D, which are all ideal for developing teams and individuals, we offer a unique event which has been adopted by some of the UK’s largest corporations.

The Survivor Challenge is a unique event based on the hit TV show “I’m a Celebrity Get Me out of Here”. The event runs over a 24 hour period and sees participants split into teams, provided with very basic food and equipment and move into their designated camp. Teams must compete against each other at a variety of challenges to spend and win points to make their stay more comfortable. Challenges include rafting, high ropes, archery, problem solving and the ‘food taste test’. This event has been used by several organisations for teambuilding, as a reward and to create competition between teams/departments across their organisation.

Ultimate Training Days is staffed by exceptional male and female instructors. They are Mountain Leaders, First Aid qualified, experienced event and project managers and know how to get the best out of people.
