CranioSacral Therapy:
Everything we have ever experienced, felt or thought is reflected in our bodies. CranioSacral Therapy recognizes the inherent ability within the body to self-heal. I work with the spine, skull and body tissues to release nerve pathways and structural restrictions, enhancing the flow of cerebrospinal fluid, releasing stored emotions, trauma and thought patterns.

Cranio-Sacral Therapy can be used successfully both on its own and in conjunction with conventional medical treatment. It is safe, gentle and suitable for all ages.

I offer treatments that harness the body’s own ability to transform itself back to its natural state of health, wholeness and clarity.

Meditation:
I've studied Meditation under Yogi Ashokananda and use practices ranging from simple breathwork and mindfulness to techniques rooted in ancient Vedic science. Classes are suitable for everyone and are focused on generating clarity, healing, and a sense of ‘true self’.

Developmental Baby Massage: The mother and child relationship is precious and our need for nurturing such in infancy and whether or not it is met can have a profound influence on the rest of our lives. I've studied Developmental Baby Massage Teacher Training with world-renowned Peter Walker and specialise in babies struggling with the impacts of birth trauma, no matter how minor, and those with stiff and floppy joints who have difficulty reaching their milestones.
