Healing from within using natural healing modalities, affirmations and positive thinking to build a strong foundation of wellness and life awareness. Sharing the good stuff about wellness and healing in a spirit of open-mindedness and non-judgement. Christine Ashton is a Licensed Heal Your Life ® Teacher, a Reiki Master/Teacher qualified to Master Level in Usui Reiki Natural Healing and Karmic Reiki and a Bowen Therapist. Reiki and Bowen Therapy are used for both relaxation and stress relief and to support a client through their healing journey as they face all manner of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual issues. Both are suitable for adults and children and the client remains fully dressed in comfortable clothing. These healing modalities are not a religion, massage technique or a replacement for medical attention from your doctor. Clients are treated on a treatment table or sitting if preferred. Children under 16 are accompanied by parents/guardians during all treatments. You can benefit from Reiki for relaxation or general well being if you wish or you can spend some time before your treatment discussing your specific condition in confidence. You may be advised to have 3 treatments within a short period of time initially for specific conditions. For relaxation and maintaining health/wellbeing, visit frequency is at the clients' discretion. Usui Reiki Courses are available several times a year if you wish to learn Reiki self healing (level 1) or become a Reiki Practitioner (level 2). Master level training is offered on demand and subject to personal interview.
Bowen Therapy treatments involve small movements over muscles and soft tissue. A short intake interview precedes the first treatment and the client may be advised to have 3 treatments about one week apart for specific conditions. For relaxation and stress relief the number and frequency of treatments is at the clients' discretion.
