Welcome to Peach Physique Studio Facebook page. Personal trainer Kimberley Peach runs a boutique studio based in Hampstead NW3, offering one to one Personal Training sessions as well as intimate Group Classes in a boutique space specifically crafted for functional and dynamic training, giving individuals and smaller groups a personalised experience.
Peach Physique offers a variety of different classes that will challenge your body and stimulate your mind, with a huge variety including Kettlebell, Studio Cycle, and TRX (individually or in sequence as part of a range of combination classes).
The flagship SpinRX class (devised by Kimberley herself and exclusive to the Peach Physique Studio) utilises the spinning bikes to provide an extremely intensive HIIT workout maximising heart rate, with quick intensive cycles that push each individual's cardiovascular system to their limit, before seamlessly transferring to the TRX to fatigue each major muscle group in order to develop long lean muscles, focusing particularly on strengthening the core.
