Willow Nannies is a small, friendly approachable nanny agency based in London, providing a personal and bespoke service to both families and candidates alike.

Willow is owned and run by Lizzie Petersen who has been both a nanny and maternity nurse for 10 years. Lizzie draws on this experience to provide invaluable and flexible support, to the parents, nannies and maternity nurses, making the whole recruiting process as easy a possible.

With her first child born in June 2012, Lizzie can appreciate just how hard it is to find that perfect person to look after your child. Lizzie does a careful and thorough check on every candidate interviewed and aims for a perfect match first time!

MATERNITY:
Willow understands how important it is to find someone who you completely trust and so all our maternity nurses draw on their knowledge and experience to best develop your baby's individual needs and to help bring up a content and happy little baby while all the time offering expertise in a straightforward and knowledgeable manner but at the same time being sensitive to new mums and the way they want to do things.

NANNIES:
All our candidates are thoroughly interviewed and screened ensuring they hold the relevant qualifications and/or experience as well as providing proof that they are eligible to stay and work here in the UK or overseas and have, or are in the process of getting, a first aid certificate and CRB check.
Our candidates must be fluent in English and reflect the values and qualities which Willow knows parents rely on when is comes to finding their perfect childcare solution.
We aim to only take on candidates who are experienced, hardworking, reliable, honest and unflappable and most importantly can provide a kind, nurturing, stimulating environment, which your children can thrive in.
